What does our day at the company look like?
- Our job is to take care of the patient – we make appointments and provide information about LUX MED products and services,
- We use a knowledge database, where we can find vast information that is necessary for our work,
- We provide two weeks’ initial training before the commencement of work,
- Our coaching team streamlines work and improves service standards,
- We conduct continuing education workshops – working on quality and fine-tuning elements that require improvement,
- At team meetings, we discuss the results and learn about new solutions to enhance processes.
