The package is addressed to individuals aged 71 to 80 years. It includes access to medical services, including primary care services such as consultations with a family doctor and specialists as well as basic laboratory tests and imaging examinations. The offer includes outpatient procedures, nursing care and access to various vaccinations. It is a practical healthcare support programme tailored to the needs of seniors.

Quick access to your medical records for your doctors – test results, previous medical recommendations or prescribed medicines.
Text message reminder of appointments
Text message reminder of the time and place of the visit. You can reply to the text message to cancel the appointment.
Service Phone Line
The choice of the call option makes the waiting for a call with the consultant shorter, and thus it takes less time to schedule or cancel an appointment and receive the necessary information.
Medical Helpline
The Medical Helpline team is made up of experienced physicians, nurses and paramedics, who collect information from a caller and advise on measures that need to be taken in a given situation.
The package is available in two options
Without extra charges - all services included in a chosen package are available without any additional fees.
With extra charges - in this package option additional payments are charged for certain services, e.g. PLN 49 for a specialist consultation or an ultrasound examination. Extra charges for the services included in a given subscription do not exceed PLN 100. Check what services are subject to additional payments.
