Emergency Team

LUX MED maintains excellent emergency teams who boast years of experience in the field of first aid and medical rescue services.

We also have a fleet of modern and well-equipped ambulances. Thanks to this we are able to offer our patients help and assistance in emergency, 24/7. We own 5 modern ambulances, furnished with state-of-the-art equipment necessary for saving lives and for first aid purposes. Our ambulances are also equipped with many systems that enhance patients' comfort and safety, for example a hydro-pneumatic stretcher suspension system.

Our emergency teams are also equipped with a Lifenet transmission system for EKG data. Thanks to this system our Warsaw-based emergency teams can consult the results of the patient's EKG with a cardiologist when a transported patient suffers from chest pain. The EKG results are sent via a mobile phone to one of the three Warsaw's medical centres located in clinics that specialise in invasive cardiology. After an analysis of the transmited results and a phone conversation with a member of the emergency team, the cardiologist on duty can assess if the patient should be transported to an invasive cardiology ward or to some other clinic. This innovation significantly shortens the time necessary to restore patency of coronary artery and diminishes the threat of necrosis in cases of myocardial infarction.

LUX MED's Emergency Teams are on 24/7 duty in our clinic at MC Racławicka in Warsaw.

In order to further increase the quality of our services, in the near future we plan to launch emergency teams in all LUX MED clinics throughout Poland. Presently we are going to launch the Emergency Teams in Wrocław and Krakow, and the launch of the service in other cities will follow soon after.

We also offer transport of patients in all regions of Poland.
