As of 31 July 2009, CM LIM operates as part of the legal entity LUX MED Sp. z o.o., thus strengthening its cooperation with medical centres of LUX MED, Medycyna Rodzinna [Family Medicine] and PROMEDIS, which all have been associated under the LUX MED Sp. z o.o. brand since 2009. The joining of CM LIM Sp. z o.o. and LUX MED Sp. z o.o. is a formal culmination of the two entities' consolidation process initiated in 2008.

The merger will enable making the most of opportunities offered by integration and close cooperation under a single medical care group - the largest one on the Polish market - offering comprehensive medical care for corporate and individual client.

Cooperation as part of a single legal entity opens for the Group the doors to wide prospects of offering truly comprehensive medical care services. Moreover, with the implementation in all the Group's facilities of an integrated computer system, the patients will have the opportunity to take advantage of many new features that facilitate their service. The Group continues to expand its network, which currently includes 65 of own medical centres and 25 company outpatient clinics. In early August, a new - already tenth - LIM medical centre started operating in Warsaw, at ul. Bobrowiecka, and soon patients will be able to visit even more newly opened facilities: in Warsaw - a large full-service LUX MED centre at Park Postępu, as well as new centres in Poznań, Krakow and Tri-City (Gdynia). The Group is also entering new localities and soon a new facility will start operating in Lublin, while extension of existing LUX MED and CM LIM centres in Poznań is already planned. The work on a one﷓day surgery hospital in Warsaw has already entered the advanced stage and the facility will be put into operation in the middle of next year. The facility will also house a Mammography and Endoscopy Centre, as well as an Emergency Medical Care Centre urnished with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, including MRI and CT machines.

The comprehensive medical care provided by the LUX MED Group and CM LIM covers both the basic services package offered at PROMEDIS and Medycyna Rodzinna facilities as well as an extended scope of care under the LUX MED and CM LIM brands. The most comprehensive package - ELITE - enables access to hospital care throughout Europe and, in emergency, also worldwide. Worth mentioning is also the wide range of offered diagnostic services, both laboratory and imaging, which are one of the Group's strong points.
