Preventive Schemes - Healthy Woman, Healthy Man and Healthy Manager

In this day and age people live on the run, while most of the society is overworked and overtired. The constant rush deprives us of time just for ourselves and makes us forget about our health - which should always be of utmost importance.

In an effort to meet today's society needs, the LUX MED Group and LIM Medical Center have developed Preventive Schemes: Healthy Woman, Healthy Man and Healthy Manager.

The offer covers a wide range of specialist examinations and consultations, adjusted to the age and gender of the patient. The advantage of the new Schemes is that they do not consume much time, as they are completed in just two days. Their main role is to check the person's health status in order to identify any potential irregularities and initiate the treatment as quickly as possible.

Each Scheme concludes with a specialist consultation, during which you will receive full information on your health status and further recommendations.


Terms of joining the Preventive Scheme:

  • The offer is directed to persons wishing to ensure for themselves and their families a comprehensive health check.
  • Joining the Scheme is conditional upon notifying the wish to take advantage of this offer to the Sales Department, by e-mail to the address: sprzedaz@luxmed.pl or over the phone (Contact to the Sales Department).
  • Interested persons will sign a Contract of a one-off use of services covered by the Scheme within one year from signing the Contract.
  • The payment for the Preventive Scheme is one-off and upfront, made to the account indicated in the Contract.
  • The Scheme is run at facilities owned by the LUX MED Group.
  • Contracts come into force on the 1st and 15th day of each calendar month, upon receiving the original of signed Contract and confirmation of a payment having been made to the indicated account.

Having signed the Contract and made the payment, the Client should call at the following phone numbers in order to make an appointment for the preventive scheme conduct:

or report in person to the VIP reception desk in the centre in which he/she wishes to take advantage of the scheme.
