The LUX MED Group has prepared the Senior Sapphire medical programme covering a wide range of examinations and specialist consultations and an attractive discount for services not covered by the programme.

The medical programme is intended for persons aged 65 and above, with no upper age limit. The offer encompasses full-scope medical consultations as part of compulsory prophylaxis for the given age group, full-scope laboratory tests and diagnostic examinations, as well as dental prophylaxis, allergy skin tests, etc. With the Senior Sapphire programme, you can take advantage of the professional medical care guaranteed by the LUX MED Group. Terms of joining the Senior Sapphire programme:

• The offer is intended for persons aged 65 and above (with no upper age limit).
• The contract is signed for a minimum of one year. After that time it may be terminated with 30-day notice. If the contract is not terminated, it shall be extended indefinitely.
• Payments are made up-front for the entire year or in half-yearly instalments, via the Internet (by bank transfer or by credit card payment).
• Services under the package are provided at own LUX MED Group facilities (LUX MED, CM LIM, Medycyna Rodzinna and PROMEDIS).
